Shaheb, Samadarshi, Rajdeep bond at Damadol premiere in Kolkata

Cast and crew had a blast at the Damadolpremiere
Perhaps the best thing about the premiere of Manoj Michigan’s tale of three young men in the city, their lives, loves and ambitions — Damadol — is that it began bang on time. Introductions and pleasantries were reserved for the interval, when the director introduced the young cast — Shaheb, Samadarshi, Rajdeep, Anindita, Priyanka and Gunjan.
While Samadarshi was dressed impeccably in a black kurta and the trend du jour — nerdy specs, we spotted Shaheb sporting a handlebar moustache. But it was Saswata ‘Bob Biswas’ Chatterjee who drew the loudest applause as he was beckoned to the stage by the director. After the screening, the crowd trooped to a nearby pub, to unwind and party hard.
